Can I cancel my cab booking online?

Most of the booking can be cancelled online. Just call our customer care number and cancel it. We will cancel the booking after receiving your Confirmation request. However there will not be any nominal charges applicable if it is cancelled 5 hours prior.

What if Cab reach your destination and You are about to cancel the booking ??

Then the nominal charge of Rs 200/- applicable. When it is cancelled (10min to 50 min prior).

What if cab driver or cab company cancels the booking?

No charges will be given to customers, If our executive or driver cancels the booking (60 minutes to any number of hours) before the booking time. If it 10 min to 30 on booking time the 25% of the booking amount will be given to customers as a penalty
